            <title>Club run Tues 24th Aug</title>
            <description><![CDATA[<p>The club run on Tues 24th August will start from the Weston's car park at Much Marcle, Steve Rooke will take us on a route along the surrounding lanes. </p>
<p>Meet at Weston's for a 6.45pm start, Ledbury based members meet at LRFC car park at 6.30pm to car share.</p>

            <description><![CDATA[We had 138 finishers for the Magnificent Eastnor Castle Seven on Sunday.<div><br /></div><div><img src="http://www.ledburyharriers.org.uk/info/eastnor7/2010/first-lady-2010-cropped.jpg" align="right" height="180" hspace="10" /><img src="http://www.ledburyharriers.org.uk/info/eastnor7/2010/first-man-2010-cropped.jpg" align="right" height="180"  />First man was John Parker of&nbsp;CLC Striders in 41:02.</div><div>First woman was Helen Watson in 52:40.</div><div><br /></div>

            <title>Magnificent Eastnor Castle Seven - Parking Information</title>
            <description><![CDATA[<p>Due to the recent wet weather we are unable to park cars close to the start / finish area in '23 Acre' field.Therefore we will have to use the Woodyard in Eastnor Village, please see map below and click on bottom left blue marker for location / directions. Approx 50 / 60 cars can park here, other car parking can be found in the main castle car park situated in Clenchers Mill Lane. It will take approx 10 mins - 15 mins to walk to the start area where kit can be stored at owners risk.</p>
<p>Therefore, where possible, please car share and park sensibly to alllow other car owners to park and leave without any problems.</p>
<p>Thank you for your co-operation and look forward to seeing you on Sunday.</p>

            <title>Club Run 13th April</title>
            <description><![CDATA[<p>Please meet at Eastnor at start / finish area for a 6.30pm start to run the Mag 7 course prior to the event on the 18th, car share where possible and park sensibly. As discussed at the meeting on Friday 9th use the opportunity to allocate marshalling positions etc to specific people.</p>

            <title>Beacons Ultra December 2009 (45 miles)</title>
            <description><![CDATA[<div>The 2009 Beacons Ultra, starting from the small village of Talybont-on-usk near Brecon is a great introduction to the world of Ultra running. &nbsp;Well that's what it said on the website so who am I to argue. &nbsp;</div><div><br /></div><div>After much internal debate I settled on attempting an ultra marathon before I'd even had a go at a conventional marathon, I'd have plenty of time to do a marathon during my training (I did 3 in the end). &nbsp;</div><div><br /></div><div>I got through my training unscathed and as the day drew nearer the nerves became more apparent, but I felt confident, I'd done a lot of training, I new I could do it!             <title>Magnificent Eastnor Castle Seven 2010</title>
            <description><![CDATA[Ledbury &amp; District Harriers will be staging the Magnificent Eastnor Castle Seven (<a title="Valid link" style="background-color: rgb(204, 255, 204); color: rgb(51, 102, 51);" href="http://maps.google.co.uk/maps/ms?source=s_q&amp;hl=en&amp;geocode=&amp;ie=UTF8&amp;t=h&amp;msa=0&amp;ll=52.032245,-2.375021&amp;spn=0.021227,0.040469&amp;z=15&amp;msid=100367515902451844895.000462c9d9404e3606a9b">Google Maps link</a>) again this year on Sunday, April 18th, starting at 11:00am.&nbsp; <br /><br />The
race starts and finishes in the Deer Park on the Eastnor Castle
Estate.&nbsp; It is an undulating 7 mile rural course over footpaths, tracks
and through woodland, culminating in the "Orrible" climb to the
Obelisk.&nbsp; There will be a drinks station at approximately 4 miles and
refreshments at the finish.<br /><br />Race fees: affiliated £8,
unaffiliated £10 - £2 extra for entry on the day.&nbsp; A proportion of the

            <title>Eastnor Seven Results</title>
